What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions ("T&Cs") on which we operate, and you may participate in, the Join Pet Health Club and get £10 off your first purchase at My Family Vets online shop when you spend £50 or more  (the "Promotion").

By participating in the Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these terms. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not participate in the Promotion. 

Terms and Conditions.  

  1. These T&Cs apply to the "Join Pet Health Club and get £10 off your first purchase at My Family Vets online shop"  offer when you spend £50 or more (the "Offer") on the My Family Vets online shop. (https://myfamilyvets.co.uk/shop) exclusively for new pets that join the Pet Health Club using the code PHCTHANKS0424 Offer is available online only, not in a veterinary practice. 

  1. Participants will receive an email containing a promo code upon joining the Pet Health Club with code PHCTHANKS0424. To redeem the offer, participants must first join the Pet Health Club and  must then create an account at the My Family Vets online shop using the same details provided during their Pet Health Club registration. Participants will receive a voucher by email giving them a £10 off discount to be used against their first order.  The voucher will be valid for six months from the date of issue. Voucher only valid when customer spends over £50 on the My Family Vets shop. 

  1. The Offer is valid for one use per customer on the first order only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts provided by My Family Vets or the Pet Health Club. Post and packaging is limited to UK mainland only.  

  1. The Promotion runs from  09:00 on April 1st, 2024. There is no predetermined end date; however, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice. 

  1. The Offer is open only to new pets that join the Pet Health Club. Offer available on a per pet basis, a customer can take up the offer multiple times by joining the Pet Health Club multiple times for different pets.  Existing members or pets are not eligible to participate in this Promotion or take up the Offer. 

  1. We reserve in all respects the right to discontinue, at any time, for any reason and without notice this Promotion. Vouchers issued before the discontinuation of the Promotion will still be valid for the time period for which they were issued.  

  1. The Offer cannot be applied to My Family Vets subscriptions or used in conjunction with any other My Family Vets or Pet Health Club offers. 

  1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy stated above save where additional consents are given at the time of registration.  

  1. The Pet Health Club Terms of Sale apply to the Pet Health Club plans as usual.
