Frequently asked questions

Is the Pet Health Club pet insurance?

The Pet Health Club covers preventative treatment only. It is not insurance and will not cover treatment for accidents and/or illnesses. To cover accident or illness treatment for your pet, we recommend that you take out insurance. Please speak to your veterinary practice for further advice.

Can I get a plan for my kitten?

Yes, the plan is available for cats of all ages.

Does the plan cover me for multiple pets?

Yes. You can join multiple pets to the plan and there is a subsequent discount of £1 per month per plan for those pets. For example, if you had three cats, membership for the first would be £13.60 per month and for the other two, it would be £12.60 per month.

If you wish to take advantage of this discount, you will need to register any additional pets at your practice, as this is not currently supported by the website.

Treatments and benefits only apply to the pet named on the relevant plan.
