TERMS AND CONDITIONS  for Pet Drugs Online Promotions

What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions ("T&Cs") on which we operate, and you may participate in various offers and sales promotions ("Promotions") relating to Pet Drugs Online ("PDOL"), as set out below.

Your acceptance of these T&CS. 
By participating in any Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these T&Cs If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not participate in the Promotion. The General T&Cs apply to every Promotion relating to PDOL, and in addition, the Specific T&Cs apply in for each individual Promotion as indicated.

Specific T&Cs for "£10 money-off voucher" Promotion

1. There are the Specific T&Cs for the £10 Money Off Voucher Promotion.   
2. Participants will receive an email on 02 May 2024 from PDOL inviting them to join Pet Health Club. If they join Pet Health Club, they will receive a money off voucher worth £10 when they spend £50 or more to be used at https://www.petdrugsonline.co.uk/.   
3. Participants must redeem the offer by joining Pet Health Club before 31 May 2024. They will then receive a money off voucher worth £10 when they spend £50 or more to redeem at PDOL before midnight on 30 June 2024 (not including Delivery costs).    
4. These codes will entitle the participants to a one-time money off voucher when they spend £50 or more to use against qualifying purchases (not including Delivery costs) in the Pet Drugs Online store.  
5. Voucher can be used once, cannot be shared and must be used by the customer who registers to join Pet Health Club.  
6. A participant can join Pet Health Club multiple times for different pets, but only one code will be given per customer. 

Specific T&Cs for "20% discount code" Promotion

1. There are the Specific T&Cs for the £10 Money Off Voucher Promotion.   
2. Participants will receive an email on 02 May 2024 from PDOL inviting them to join Pet Health Club. If they join Pet Health Club, they will receive a discount code for 20% off when they spend £50 or more, to be used at https://www.petdrugsonline.co.uk/.   
3. Participants must redeem the offer by joining Pet Health Club before 31 May 2024. They will then receive a discount code for 20% off when they spend £50 or more, which they will be able to redeem at PDOL before midnight on 30 June 2024 (not including Delivery costs).  
4. The code will entitle participants to a one-time 20% off when they spend £50 or more to use against qualifying purchase (not including Delivery costs) in the Pet Drugs Online store. 
5. Voucher can be used once, cannot be shared and must be used by the customer who registers to join Pet Health Club.  
6. A participant can join Pet Health Club multiple times for different pets, but only one code will be given per customer. 

General T&Cs for all PDOL Promotions

1. These T&Cs apply to Promotions where a money-off voucher or discount code is provided to a participant by Pet Drugs Online, for use on its website, where a participant registers a pet with Pet Health Club.  
2. These T&Cs are in addition to any Specific T&Cs relating to a particular Promotion, set out above, and any information or terms included on any promotional material relating to a particular Promotion. 
3. Participants will receive an email from PDOL containing an offer (a money-off voucher or a discount code at PDOL) and directing them to join Pet Health Club in order to be able to redeem that offer.   
4. Redemption of any offer is conditional on joining Pet Health Club, which requires acceptance of the Pet Health Club Terms of Sale, which apply as usual – see below.  
5. Purchase of any product at PDOL will be subject to the PDOL terms of sale – see below, 
6. The offer is open only to new pets that join the Pet Health Club. If a customer is already a member of Pet Health Club in relation to one pet, to qualify for the Promotion, a customer must join the Pet Health Club in relation to a different pet. There is no limit to the number of pets that a person can join Pet Health Club with.  
7. Any voucher or discount code is subject to a reasonable use restriction and any other restrictions set out in the Specific T&Cs relating to a particular Promotion. Subject to availability.  
8. Any voucher or discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other PDOL or Pet Health Club offers.  
9. In accordance with VMD guidance this discount cannot be applied to prescription products.
10. Any minimum or qualifying spend requirement will not include Delivery costs.  
11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue any Promotion at any time without prior notice.  
12. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy stated below.   
13. For any issues or disputes related to any Promotion, Participants should contact contact@petdrugsonline.co.uk, clearly stating in the subject line the Specific Promotion that they are referring to.
