Terms and Conditions for the "You could save up to £335/274/123* per year" price claim advertisement for PHC
What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions ("T&Cs") on which we are making, and you may benefit from, the "You could save up to £335/274/123* per year" price claim (the "Price Claim") for a Dog Plan (saving up to £335), Cat Plan (saving up to £274) or Rabbit Plan (saving up to £123).
The Price Claim is subject to these T&Cs and any information provided you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not participate in the Price Claim.
Terms and Conditions.
- These T&Cs apply to the Price Claim. Saving applies both online and in clinic.
- Saving applies to a Pet Health Club ("PHC") plan for a dog, a cat or a rabbit (each a "Plan").

- Current monthly price for a dog plan is £20.99. Current monthly price for a cat plan is £18.99. Current monthly price for a rabbit plan is £15.99. Prices are correct as of 03/04/24
- Price Claim is based on an annualized saving for customers on a Plan who have taken up the full core benefits, including full course of vaccinations for the Plan, compared against the average total cost of equivalent items for customers not on a Plan, as calculated across 323 of 343 (ie. 94%) of participating PHC clinics , as compared against the annualised average cost of non-subscription pricing across 323 PHC clinics.
- Current annualised saving for a Dog Plan is up to £335 per based on this Price Claim. Current annualised saving for a Cat Plan is £274. Current annualised saving for a Rabbit Plan is £123. All annualised savings are correct as of 03.04.24.
- "Annualised saving" means a saving calculated for 1 full calendar year of an applicable Plan from the date of sign-up to an applicable Plan. Cancellation of Plan may prevent full uptake of benefits.

9. Price Claim is based on an average calculated across 94% of PHC clinics. Average cost price per item shown above is calculated as the average cost across 323 PHC clinics.
10. Data taken on 03.04.24 by Independent Vetcare Limited via its Practice Management System collected from each participating clinic. "Average" calculated by taking the total cost of an item per participating PHC clinic and adding those together to give a total cost for that item across all participating clinics then dividing by the number of participating PHC clinics to reach average figure across the participating clinics.
11. Available saving will vary between clinics. Participating PHC clinics only in United Kingdom.
12. Full uptake of core benefits is required, including full vaccination course. The core benefits for each Plan are as follows:
